FRONT-END CLEARING -- LAUNCH DELAYED

The Front-end Clearing (FEC) system will not be implemented June 30, 2002.

You will be notified one week in advance of the new launch date.

For those users that have access to the Portal, please log into the Front - End Clearing link to test the new system.

As a reminder, once FEC is implemented, the GLOBEX Inquiry (GB2) screens will be disabled and only accessible through the CME Portal Internet site.

In preparation, all Member Firm personnel actively using the GB2 screens are encouraged to sign up for access to the CME Portal.
